Who's in, who's up, who pays who.
Rivero Ledger keeps track of the money at your home poker game. Players add their own buy-ins from their own phones, each night settles to the cent, and the standings carry across the whole season.
You're invited to a shared tracker.
Invite code
- Get Rivero Ledger from the App Store. It's free.
- Tap the invite link again. The app opens and puts you in the tracker once you're signed in.
- Link still opens this page? In the app, tap the tracker name at the top, choose Join with a code, and enter this one.
A night in Rivero Ledger: five players buy in, two rebuy, everyone cashes out, the settle-up refuses to close while it is off by $20, one cash-out is corrected, and two payments square the table.
Playing is free. Hosting starts at $2.99 a month.
Hosting your own shared tracker is the one thing that costs money. Joining and playing never do.

One night, start to settled.
- Start tonight's game and put everybody at the table with what they bought in for.
- Rebuys and cash-outs come from anyone's phone. Two people tapping at once both count.
- Settle up. It refuses to close until cash-outs match buy-ins, and tells you by how much they're off.
- Who pays who, in the fewest payments. Copy it into the group chat. The night is frozen as a record you can read back a season later.

A settled night is a record.
Close the night and it freezes: in, out and net for every player, who paid who, the date, how long it ran, the venue and stakes if you entered them, and which series it belongs to.
Nobody edits a settled night by accident. By default only co-hosts and up can reopen, change or delete one, and every tracker can be exported as a CSV whenever you like.

The season, not just the night.
Standings run across a series, like Summer 2026, or all time: who's up, who's down, how many nights, and how much was put on the table.
Your own running total follows you into every tracker you play in, with the nights, the win rate, the best and the worst, on its own tab.

You, at the table.
Sign in with Apple or Google, then pick your name at the table, a username, a color and, if you like, a photo. That's the whole account.
When a host has already been writing you down by name, That's me links that name to you, so every night you played follows you into your results.

Make it yours.

Questions.
- Do my friends need the app?
- Yes. Everyone at the table uses Rivero Ledger on their own iPhone. It's free to download, and they sign in with Apple or Google. One person hosts the tracker; everyone else joins with its code or link.
- Does it handle the money?
- No. It keeps the book and works out who pays who. The money changes hands however your group already does it.
- What's free, and what costs money?
- Your own private ledger, joining any shared tracker, standings, your results and CSV export are free. Hosting a shared tracker of your own is the subscription: Host is $2.99 a month or $24.99 a year for one tracker, and Host+ and Club add more.
- What if somebody typed the wrong number?
- While the night is open, anyone can change a buy-in or a cash-out, and the night won't close until the chips add up. Once it's settled, a co-host or the host can reopen it.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your trackers stay readable. Anything past the free limit becomes read-only until you pay again. Nothing is deleted.
- Can the host remove someone?
- Yes. They lose access to the tracker, and the nights they played stay in its record.
- Is there an Android or web version?
- No. Rivero Ledger is an iPhone app.
